We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Human Resource Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual who can take charge of various responsibilities and contribute to the company's growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate agreements with clients and vendors, review clauses and terms, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by managing public access files, I-9 documents, and immigration paperwork.
  • Maintain contractual relationships with employees and services providers.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to USCIS, including H1-B amendments, extensions, and transfers.
  • Manage employee onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters, employment verification documents, and experience letters.
  • Provide support for PERM and I-140 audits.
  • Coordinate insurance enrollment and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on immigration and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
