Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Immigration Sales Specialist to join our team.

The Immigration Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our immigration services to individuals seeking immigration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of immigration laws (we will train in this internally) and processes. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their eligibility for immigration services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining the scope of services, timelines, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with immigration attorneys and consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to effectively advise clients and address their concerns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and client satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the immigration services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and procedures in UK (United Kingdom) & USA (United

States Of America) preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
