Role & responsibilities

* Consult and advise clients on suitable immigration programs based on their profiles.

* Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

* Assist in document collection, verification, and application preparation.

* Maintain professional communication and relationship with clients until process completion.

* Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

* Minimum 12 years of experience in immigration sales or consultancy (Gulf or overseas experience preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam is an advantage).

* Strong knowledge of PR, work visas, and overseas job placement processes.

* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

* Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
