Role Overview\

\

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Workflow Developer to collaborate with our founding team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of intelligent agent workflows.

\

As a developer, you will work closely with us to experiment, prototype, and deploy scalable AI workflows that power real-world business applications. You will be responsible for designing and building AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.\
  • Integrate automation tools such as n8n and Make.com for pipeline connections and external service integration.\
  • Connect agents with APIs, databases, and third-party tools to optimize workflows for speed, reliability, and scalability.\
  • Collaborate with founders on rapid prototyping and iteration cycles.\
  • Document workflows and share best practices with the team.\
  • Identify areas for workflow improvement and develop solutions to enhance overall efficiency.\
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of workflows and processes.\
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and workflow automation.\
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming skills: Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for agent logic and integrations.\
  • Workflow automation tools: Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier).\
  • Awareness of AI frameworks: Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).\
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug automations, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions.\
  • Communication skills: Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with the team.
