Job Opportunity:

As a conversational AI engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing interactive voice assistants that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conversational Flow Development: Develop, configure, and optimize conversational flows to handle multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Dialogue Flow Translation: Translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows, ensuring seamless integration with external platforms.
  • Integration and Automation: Integrate conversational AI agents with workflow automation tools like Make.com and/or n8n for debugging and refining agent behavior.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Document workflows, provide best practices for scalable agent builds, and collaborate with the team to deliver client-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • Conversational AI Experience: 2+ years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields (exceptions possible for candidates with a strong project portfolio).
  • Conversation Platform Expertise: Proven expertise with conversation flow creation (not just single-prompt or multi-prompt setups) in an AI platform.
  • Workflow Automation: Experience with workflow automation tools, including webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with evidence of completed projects showing real conversational flows.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills, with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an engagement model.

  • Cross-Platform Experience: Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
