Disaster Recovery Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Disaster Recovery Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, implementing, and overseeing robust disaster recovery solutions across infrastructure pillars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive backup and restoration strategies for all systems, data, and applications.
  • Evaluate and select disaster recovery technologies and platforms based on performance, scalability, and integration capabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure connectivity and failover readiness across environments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, recovery workflows, and validation reports.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of disaster recovery plans, exercise results, and recovery efforts.

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of backup platforms, replication technologies, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of disaster recovery processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based disaster recovery solutions, preferably Azure and AWS.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business continuity requirements into scalable, validated architectures.
