About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our team in driving organic traffic and content marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our online presence and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive organic traffic using Search Engine Optimization and Content strategies
  • Create and implement SEO plans for various content assets, including blog posts, product pages, and other resources
  • Analyze search results and performance across product lines and improve rankings
  • Monitor and track leads, MQLs generated by organic channels, on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop new page processes, on-page optimization briefs, and meta tags, aligning with SEO goals
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Keyword Planner and SEM Rush, perform competitive analysis, and identify content gaps to enhance rankings
  • Manage XML sitemaps and webmaster tools related to online presence
  • Optimize and track landing pages' performance: organic traffic, CTRs, conversion rates, and time spent on-page
  • Report on performance metrics and compare them to SEO goals and benchmarking data
  • Ensure on-page and off-page optimization and regularly monitor progress

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO with a good understanding of SEO-content dynamics
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like GA4, Hubspot, Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
  • A desire to continuously learn and expand skill set
