Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple digital channels, with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, etc.)
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms (web, blogs, email, social, etc.)
  • Optimize content for website and social media platforms for SEO and engagement
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on digital channels

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
