Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Generation: Generate and send accurate invoices to customers in accordance with industry standards.
  • Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Discrepancy Reconciliation: Resolve discrepancies, address billing issues, and communicate effectively with customers regarding payments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Skill Set: Analytical skills, including the ability to gather and organize information; proficient in invoicing and accounting software; excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Personality Traits: Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and time management skills.
