Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

This is a strategic role in our organization, primarily focused on overseeing financial flows and transactions, including vendor payments, customer billing, and statutory deductions.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage the processing of vendor payments and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Support internal teams by providing necessary details for audit requirements.
  • Develop expertise in vendor reconciliation and manage discrepancies.
  • Billing to customers, including e-waybills, based on data received from user departments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly closing reports and analyze financial trends.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and apply it to enhance financial management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, including exposure to automation tools and workflows.
  3. Hands-on experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day transactional accounting.
  4. Proven ability to work closely with auditors and support audit requirements.
