We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our CNS new division as a Healthcare Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma sales, neurology or psychiatry products, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Promoting CNS-focused products to healthcare professionals across assigned territory.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and key opinion leaders.
3. Executing territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
4. Conducting product presentations and CME programs.
5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
6. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications include:
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably in CNS or neuropsychiatric segment.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to speak and explain scientifically.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Willingness to travel locally.
