Job Title: Technical Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

  • Develop extracts for reporting and integration with other systems
  • Design reports using BI Publisher
  • Convert data using HDL
  • Develop efficient formulas
  • Have a solid understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
  • Understand the Redwood framework
  • Understand Journey configuration
  • Customize pages and perform personalizations using VBS
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems. This includes designing and developing software solutions that meet business needs, analyzing system requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. You will also need to have 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant, knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
