Business Growth Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Government Solutions team, driving business growth and revenue generation through key public sector accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline generation and lead business growth with individual sales targets
  • Manage client relationships from end-to-end as part of the sales process
  • Research new market opportunities and clients, establishing networks and supporting customer outreach
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Prepare approach notes and proposal documents, translating client-provided information into clear programme objectives and learning outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with existing clients to support ongoing relationships
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Good questioning, probing, and listening skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Comfortable with multitasking and flexible working hours
