Project Coordinator Job

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in implementing high-impact sports programs and promoting well-being, social change, and youth empowerment at scale.

  • Manage daily operations of sports programs in target villages.
  • Coordinate with coaches, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program functioning.
  • Oversee tournaments, engagement events, and talent scouting.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor activities and address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with government departments to support program delivery and advocacy.
  • Liaise with departments for timely execution and clearances.
  • Represent the organization in official meetings and forums.
  • Plan micro-level activities in line with annual goals.
  • Maintain project management information systems and track key performance indicators.
  • Build partnerships with Panchayats, Sarpanches, schools, and local sports leaders.
  • Align efforts with district sports departments.
  • Lead community outreach through schools and local campaigns.
  • Support coaches in identifying and developing youth talent.
  • Organize trials, training, and manage related documentation.
  • Document success stories, field insights, and learnings.
  • Support the creation of training materials and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with government stakeholders and data management. A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 7-10 years of experience in project coordination or a similar field.
