Visualizer Role Overview:

This position entails conceptualizing and creating engaging visuals that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through design.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing materials.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Branding, Content) to comprehend project requirements and deliver visually appealing designs.
  • Design illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work according to established guidelines.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the brand's visual appeal.
  • Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding high quality standards.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in sports, wellness, or FMCG is beneficial).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across various mediums.
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to receive feedback constructively.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
