Business Analyst Insurance ExpertWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance domain, data mapping and process optimization.The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and create detailed mappings to support system implementations, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and IT.
  • Create detailed as-is and to-be process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Define and document data flows between systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify gaps between current and desired states and propose actionable solutions.
  • Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing teams.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Ensure mapped processes adhere to insurance regulations and support risk mitigation strategies.
