Insurance Processing Specialist - Voice

Our company is seeking an experienced Insurance Processing Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone or email
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance processing procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
