
Sales Ambassador

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
- Provide detailed product information to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all payments are handled securely.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to billing and POS systems, ensuring that these are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Ensure that our store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times, reflecting positively on our brand.
- Support daily retail operations, achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Show flexibility and adaptability, being available to start work immediately.
- Have strong computer proficiency, with experience using POS systems, billing software, and printers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a minimum qualification of Higher Secondary (HS).
- Have 2+ years of experience in Retail, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury products.
- Be tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and dependable.
