Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join the founding leadership team of a global Top 100 architecture firm's first India studio.

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for driving and managing the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as the architectural lead on projects and maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Being responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery throughout the end-to-end project duration
  • Leading design teams and client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes
  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring project design programs
  • Communicating resource needs to account managers and associates

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues
