Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Coordinator to act as a bridge between designers and manufacturers.

This role will ensure every collection moves smoothly from design to sampling to bulk production, while tracking raw materials, approving samples, and maintaining timelines.

As a key member of our team, your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our creative vision turns into high-quality drops, delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Share accurate technical packs and design intent with vendors.
  • Coordinate all samples (prototype, fit, pre-production, bulk) for approvals with design and operations teams.
  • Track raw materials (fabric, trims, labels, packaging) to prevent delays.
  • Maintain a production calendar aligned with drop launches.
  • Conduct quality control checks during sampling and ensure bulk matches approved samples.
  • Report weekly to the Creative Head and Head of Operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising/production coordination (apparel).
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for trackers and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills with vendors and design teams.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive approach.
Success Metrics:
  • Sampling TAT: Prototype to Pre-Production in under 15 days.
  • 95%+ on-time production readiness.
  • 100% raw materials ready before bulk start.
  • < 5% quality control rejections post-approval.
  • Smooth design ops handovers.
