Program Producer Head

Job Overview:

The Program Producer Head is a strategic leader responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of pre-production/production planning activities. This role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experts to ensure seamless operations and efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, technical, and operations teams to align objectives and drive results.
  • Implement best practices, SOPs, and tools for effective planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
  • Forecast manpower and material requirements; plan accordingly.
  • Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities to the team.
  • Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategy and capacity planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media, Management, Production, Operations, or related field.
  • Proven track record (8+ years) in pre-production management / production planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and planning software.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
