We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support the front office and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk operations.
  • Assist in client onboarding processes, including documentation and verification.
  • Provide basic information to clients regarding Mutual Fund products and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update client records and files.
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in any discipline is preferred; freshers are also welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills, English and Hindi proficiency is desired.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Email handling is necessary.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer service orientation is essential.
  • Interest in financial products, Mutual Funds, and Investments will be an added advantage.
