Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) expert to join our team. As a BI engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support our business insights and analytics needs.

You will design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements. You will integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based services, into cohesive BI reports. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.

You will perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic business decisions. You will optimize BI solutions for performance and usability. You will develop and maintain data models to support efficient querying and reporting. You will provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use BI tools and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools, preferably Power BI
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
  • Understanding of digital business operations and metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
