Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence and Compliance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions, as well as experience with internal control frameworks and regulatory compliance.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This includes designing and implementing internal financial controls, conducting risk assessments, and providing advisory support on process improvement and risk mitigation strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Business Intelligence Solutions: Design and implement business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to clients, including data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Internal Control Frameworks: Develop and maintain internal control frameworks that ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Advisory Support: Provide advisory support to clients on process improvement and risk mitigation strategies, including identifying areas for improvement and developing implementation plans.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: CA, CPA, CIA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: 2-3 years for Consultant Level, 3-5 years for Senior Consultant Level.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, and IFC requirements, familiarity with regulatory standards, proficiency in using audit and risk management tools, ERP systems, and analytics platforms.
