Job Title: Business Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate financial performance by developing and maintaining accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to optimize operations, improve productivity, and enhance overall business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Financial Analysis and Planning:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
Operational Excellence:
  • Streamline business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CA Intermediate certification and minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or audit.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Shared Services experience.
