  • Set up lock escrow and payment systems.
  • Identify key targets.

Day 60: Achieve terms and validations.

  • Negotiate two term-sheet drafts.
  • Prepare compliance packs.
  • Pilot cohort economics aligned to CTO's score outputs.
  • Co-marketing rules established.

Day 90: Close and deploy.

  • Anchoring facility ≥ ₹10 Cr conditionally approved.
  • Collections and treasury flows dry-run.
  • Second lane opened to de-risk first.

Government Programs Co-Founder Role

Day 30: Doors Open.

  • Lock target list and calendar.
  • Shortlist relevant government programs.
  • Draft concept notes explaining Ethyx rails and telemetry.
  • Spin up Safe Pilot Cycle.

Day 60: MoUs and First Pilot.

  • Sign two MoUs.
  • Pilot #1 live with 25–50 invoices processed.
  • Submit program applications.
  • Partner ops playbook created.

Day 90: Three Pilots and Budget Line.

  • Three pilots live.
  • Budget note issued allocating ₹2–3 Cr against pilot scaling.
  • ESG/SDG dashboard ready for review.
