We are seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen our global team. This expert will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure, making sure services are always available and running at maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery to protect our infrastructure.
  • Automate administration processes using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to streamline operations.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance, including PCI DSS requirements.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix, to provide real-time insights.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations and improve overall performance.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies using IAM, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
