Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, drive demand and supply alignment, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.

  • Lead and manage the S&OP process including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP meetings, and executive S&OP meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and timely updates in planning systems.
  • Identify demand-supply gaps and drive resolution through scenario planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop consensus forecast and ensure its timely implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
  • Develop what-if scenarios for business decisions and automate reports using Excel or similar tools.
  • Manage supply and inventory planning to balance cost, service level, and working capital objectives.
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure efficient plan execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.
