Demand Planner Job Description\

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning demand for consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing.

We offer a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, expertise in statistical modeling, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.\
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies.\
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on demand planning and forecasting.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, forecasts, and other relevant information.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning.\
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).\
  • At least 8 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.\
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar demand planning software.\
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.\
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and S4 Hana.\
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Willingness to work in a morning shift (7 AM – 4 PM IST) and hybrid role.\
