U.S. Immigration Specialist">

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive immigration specialist to manage and support our U.S. immigration processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business visa and work permit filings (H1/L1), including I-129 petition preparation, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Job Description:

Handle end-to-end U.S. business visa and work permit filings (H1B, L1). Prepare and file I-129 petitions and related documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-6 years of experience in U.S. immigration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of H1B, L1 visa categories, and I-129 petition filing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; legal or HR background preferred.

Experience working with U.S.-based clients or legal teams.

Familiarity with immigration compliance audits and reporting.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
