**Job Description for Test Data Management Specialist**

As a seasoned professional in Test Data Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining test data environments to ensure seamless and efficient testing processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Profiling and analyzing test data to identify sensitive information and implement appropriate masking techniques
  • Expertise in provisioning techniques for testing environments, including data masking and validation
  • Proficiency in enterprise databases including IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server, with the ability to integrate TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies to drive technical initiatives
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
