Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our EdTech initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing students, mentors, and operational processes.

About the Job
  • Manage student batches from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintain timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Foster student engagement, monitor progress, and address any concerns.
  • Support mentors in delivering high-quality sessions.
  • Develop and improve post-sales processes for enhanced student experiences.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion rates, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to optimize overall experiences.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
  • A strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
