Statutory Compliance Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable compliance professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage EPF challan generation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile PF-related accounts and transactions, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide timely responses to PF-related queries, addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Perform accurate calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks for PF operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and file statutory reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submissions.
- Ensure all employee queries are addressed within specified timelines, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of the EPF Act and allied statutory laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
