Job Timings: IST 12 pm - 6 am / 9 pm - 3 am (Mon-Fri)

We are a rapidly expanding organisation providing virtual assistance and business support services to clients worldwide. We seek a highly skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and maintain functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites on multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand website design, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain websites across various platforms.
  • Customize and build front-end and back-end solutions, including themes, plugins, and server integrations.
  • Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website functionality.
  • Manage website hosting, DNS, databases, and perform timely security updates.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery from wireframe to final deployment.
  • Provide post-launch training and support to clients as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in digital solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
  • Hands-on experience with website architecture, e-commerce platforms, and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of DNS, hosting, databases, and backup management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
