Job Title: Senior Content Editor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior content editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for refining and editing business articles, reports, and other content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence.

The successful candidate will possess excellent editorial judgment, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and edit business articles, reports, and other content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style adherence.
  • Collaborate with editors and other team members to improve the quality and coherence of the content.
  • Conduct research when necessary to fact-check and validate information in the content.
  • Rewrite or restructure sentences, paragraphs, or entire sections of the content for clarity, readability, and conciseness.
  • Ensure proper formatting, layout, and presentation of the content, including headings, subheadings, bullet points, and lists.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
  • An excellent command of the English language, including exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Knowledge and ability to write/edit business copies.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and fact-checking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
