Business Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to oversee the design and operation of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing partnerships with franchise owners and their teams in sales and design processes.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates and designing 12 to 15 projects per month. You will also be responsible for managing the work output of partners and teams across five stores.

You will assist in hiring team members by conducting technical interviews and training designers to meet predictable sales and design targets. Additionally, you will handle customer experience and relationship management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.

You will also manage the design and site delivery team, ensuring they meet delegated responsibilities and guide coordination with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design and operational activities to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with franchise owners and their teams to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales funnel performance and conversion rates.
  • Design and deliver high-quality projects within designated timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies and ability to adopt innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
