About Solid-State Battery Production:

We are pioneering India's first solid-state battery production, focusing on country-first solid-state Lithium metal battery cell development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Manage daily operations of the solid-state battery cell production line, optimizing efficiency and yield for high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues related to electrode coating, cell assembly, and sealing processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance cell performance, lifespan, and overall production quality by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Continuously analyze data from production lines to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction through root cause analysis.
  • Quality Control: Establish and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process, ensuring in-line inspections and final product testing meet industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry specifications for solid-state batteries, aligning our products with market demands.
  • Analyze quality data to identify and address potential issues before they impact product performance, resulting in zero defects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production technicians, operators, and engineers responsible for cell assembly, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff on new technologies and procedures related to solid-state battery production, enhancing their skills and competencies.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team, emphasizing employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop deep understanding of solid-state battery technology, including principles of solid electrolytes, electrode materials, and cell assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques such as roll-to-roll processing, laser cutting, and precision handling equipment, enabling efficient and effective production methods.
  • Knowledge of electrochemical testing methods to evaluate cell performance and identify areas for improvement, resulting in enhanced product quality.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new cell designs and technology advancements into production lines, driving innovation and growth.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets related to production scale-up and process optimization, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including materials procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow and minimize disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, with a strong focus on cell assembly processes and high-volume production environments.
  • Proven track record in managing production teams, demonstrating leadership and communication skills to drive results and improve productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions effectively, resulting in reduced downtime and increased efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for continuous improvement, driving business growth and competitiveness.
