  • Oversight of daily operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Increase production capacity while eliminating unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions (CAPAs) committed to regulatory agencies.
  • Validate processes, cleaning, and equipment effectiveness.
  • Develop systems and processes that track productivity and performance targets.
  • Maintenance and calibration activities for facility, equipment, and instruments.
  • Ensure maintenance of requisite spares for uninterrupted production.
  • Establish hold time periods for in-process product and cleaned/un-cleaned equipment.

  • 15-20 years of experience.
  • Hard-core exposure to Injectable and Solid Dose Manufacturing, Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environment.
  • Regulatory exposure in leadership roles (US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa).
  • Production Optimization, Resource Management, and quality and regulatory knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of products, processes, and equipment.
