Our organization is seeking a seasoned Production Head to oversee the smooth operation of our plant, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage plant operations to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
  • Monitor productivity across all departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, labour laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff, fostering employee engagement and maintaining cordial relations
  • Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management, providing insights for informed decision-making
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in the Food Industry
  • B.E. / B.Tech degree in Food Technology
