Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Complete assigned tasks in line with EY quality standards, achieve expected outcomes, and correct any errors or omissions.">
  3. Draft Immigration petitions (IV/NIV) for the Americas region.">
  4. Participate in process improvement initiatives.">
  5. Work on Application drafting and mailbox management.">
  6. Communicate ideas to improve work in progress and highlight issues to Seniors.">
  7. Collaborate with team members based on communication and mutual accountability.">
  8. Understand and apply the correct methodology, tools, and technology.">
  9. Update systems to support tracking and billing inquiries.">
  10. Highlight technology issues to Seniors and provide solutions where necessary.">
  11. Report activities timely as assigned by Seniors.">
  12. Prepare ad-hoc reports directed by Seniors.">
  13. Contribute to other projects as assigned.">

Qualifications

  • Graduation in relevant field (Travel & Tourism, Social & Political science, Arts, Commerce, Computer Applications).">
  • Experience in drafting US visa applications such as H-1/L-1/TN/O-1/EB -1 NIW and handling GC processes.">
