Immigration Case Manager

Job Description
As a key member of our Business Mobility Services team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end case management process for H-1B visas. This involves ensuring compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations. You will oversee all aspects of H-1B case management, including cap filings, extensions, amendments, transfers, and Requesting for further Evidence (RFEs). This includes document collection, petition preparation, case tracking, and working with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance purposes. Using case management tools, you will track case progress, generate reports, and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience handling high-volume immigration cases are essential in this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping Amazon's global mobility strategy and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of human resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in employment-based immigration, with a focus on H-1B and PERM processes.
  • Strong knowledge of USCIS and DOL regulations, including H-1B petitions, RFEs, LCA compliance, and PERM recruitment steps.
  • Experience managing high-volume case processing in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
