The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, with overall experience of 15+ years. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Payments Compliance is required. The candidate should have strong knowledge of RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines for PA, PPI, UPI (TPAP) and BBPS (AI).

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all payment systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk, Finance, Product, Infosec and Technology, to ensure that business processes align with compliance requirements.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on compliance matters and coordinating audits related to payment systems.
  • Ensuring that all compliance-related documents, reports, and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies (RBI, NPCI, BBPCU) and staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements.
