• A degree in Company Secretary (CS), Law (LLB), or any professional qualification or postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, or banking from a university or institution recognized by the Central or State Government, or an accredited foreign university.


• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the securities market or financial products, including roles such as portfolio manager, broker-dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst, or in fund management.

Job Responsibilities:


• Supporting compliance with GIFT City's FME and SEZ regulations.


• Supporting AIF compliances


• Ensuring accurate and timely filings for FME as per SEZ regulations and ISFCA requirements.


• Coordinating with the Administrator, bank custodian, clients, team members, and other entities within GIFT City.


• Reviewing and drafting fund-related documents, constitutional documents, and policies.


• Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance activities.
