We are seeking a visionary Learning and Development Leader to spearhead our organizational capability building efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving strategic growth through talent development, leadership pipelines, and culture transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Establish and operationalize Management Development Centers (MDCs) and Assessment Centers for leadership pipeline development.
  • Drive organizational capability building across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains.
  • Talent & Leadership Development:
  • Design and execute succession planning frameworks and high-potential talent programs.
  • Create customized learning journeys for different employee segments.
  • Lead executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Learning Infrastructure & Innovation:
  • Integrate digital learning platforms across locations.
  • Promote blended learning models including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.
  • Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.
  • Governance & ROI:
  • Define and manage the L&D budget ensuring cost-effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and industry-specific training mandates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • MSW/MBA / PGDM in HR or Organizational Development from a reputable institution.
  • 10-18 years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in setting up MDCs/Assessment Centers and leading capability building programs.
