Drive Digital Growth as a Senior User Acquisition Specialist
Are you a seasoned professional in user acquisition and digital advertising? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies?

As a Senior User Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will be critical in driving scalable growth by utilizing data-driven strategies and your deep understanding of digital advertising to attract and convert high-quality users.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to ensure our UA strategies align with the company's broader business goals. You will collaborate with product managers to develop targeted user acquisition strategies based on product features, user behavior, and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital advertising, preferably within the ad tech or digital marketing sectors. They will have a strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems, customer acquisition funnels, and user behavior. Experience in Mobile App Gaming Industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Leverage expertise in digital advertising to drive high-quality traffic, maximize conversion rates, and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Create and implement growth strategies that are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with the company's overall business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems, customer acquisition funnels, and user behavior.
  • Experience in Mobile App Gaming Industry is a must.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to track and optimize performance.
