Job Description

This role supports the Programme Director and Project Manager in defining programme governance, assessing scope and plans to build a structured execution plan.

  • Collaborate with third-party consultants to derive insights and hold accountability for in-flight initiatives.
  • Drive outcomes, assess and mitigate risks with the execution lead to ensure effective risk management.
  • Understand inter and intra-programme dependencies impacting FFG OD plans and track progress to closure.
  • Build links with control towers and share insight as required.
  • Manage common/conflicting requirements across stakeholders to drive consensus.
  • Analyse initiatives, opportunities and remediation needs to drive the plan to completion with minimum gaps.
  • Align with headcount planning processes, link with new tooling (SAC) and process owners to ensure cohesion.
  • Own weekly status reporting, preparing data and key items for sharing with Workstream owners, Steerco and T&O MT.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of banking services
  • Domain knowledge of HR functions and CoEs
  • Analytical thinking and strong presentation skills
  • Addressing Frontline Needs – Products and Processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Tools
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Analyst, ideally within global transformation programmes
  • Understanding of project methodologies, both waterfall and agile
  • Prior experience of tools such as Clarity, ADO and SAGE
  • Prior experience of working across a global team, with multiple stakeholders in different locations
  • Proven track record of working in effective PMOs
  • Exceptional communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Proven ability to perform under high pressure and dynamic environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of a diverse, global organisation
