Job Title: Chief Programme Officer

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our programmes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programme management, supervision, and budgeting skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes that meet the needs of socio-political groups. They will also be expected to work closely with stakeholders to establish goals, prioritise projects, create standards, and monitor quality and outcomes.

  • Experience in training design & content development and its execution is essential.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in planning, publicity, report writing, programme proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc. preferably in a social organisation.

Key qualifications include:

  • Graduate/Post graduate degree in sociology, political science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in programme management, including 5 years in training and programme management for NGOs, government, and semi-government bodies.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
