Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining responsive websites that provide seamless user experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our client's websites meet their brand and business goals while offering fast loading times and cross-platform compatibility.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain websites from the ground up, ensuring a robust design, efficient code, and scalability.
  • Write clean, well-documented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and others as needed.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
  • Implement content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions.
  • Collaboration with Designers & Marketing Teams:
  • Work closely with the design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into fully functional websites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website designs for SEO, conversions, and user engagement.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  • Perform regular website maintenance, ensuring timely updates and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and compatibility.
  • Manage and ensure website backups, security updates, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in web development with a strong portfolio of websites.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.
  • Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, image optimization).
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.
