Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the development of advanced contact centre solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure voice and chat solutions using Amazon Connect.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Amazon Connect components, including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services, such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and S3, to support dynamic intelligent IVR solutions.
  • Develop and manage API integrations with third-party systems, such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and messaging services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and unit testing.
  • Support DevOps practices, including CICD automation and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda, Node.js, or Python, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB.
  • Experience integrating Lex bots for IVR and chat automation.
  • Strong understanding of telephony concepts, SIP, and call queues.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication methods, OAuth, JWT.
  • Good debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and ticketing tools, Jira, Confluence.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Certification, Developer Associate, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zen desk, or ServiceNow integrations.
  • Exposure to Chabot, voice assistants, or conversational AI frameworks.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools, like Terraform, or AWS CDK.
  • Familiarity with real-time reporting analytics or dashboard tools.
  • Experience working in multiregional cloud environments for high availability.
