About the Role:
As Executive Director - Sales & Business Development at TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd., you will lead the sales and business development vertical for our B2B technology products in domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 15+ years of sales experience in B2B technology products or services, with a track record of leading sales functions for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation.
